I approached and asked about the possibility of same floor rooms the following night. Five minutes or less after finishing with this young lady an older gentleman came to the front desk. We weren't even told where the elevators were. The young woman gave NO INFORMATION.the type you expect at check-in. I was told there were no more rooms available on the same floor. At check-in we were given rooms on different floors (had minors). I rented two rooms and we all had this experience. Therefore, loud conversations and crying infants you hear all the more. Every day 'regular' sounds are magnified. ASK questions and bring ANYTHING to their attention ASAP. Staff (some) inappropriate and/ or unhelpful.
